Step01

A short discovery — we learn the outcomes and deliverables you want, and re-establish organizational and team goals in agent terms.

Discovery call. 30 minutes. We understand the business, the team, and the work that's slowing you down.
Goal mapping. We translate "we want X" into measurable outcomes an agent can own — and you can verify.
Scope & pilot agreement. A written pilot scope: which workflows, which deliverables, what success looks like, and on what cadence we report.
Encrypted intake. Any credentials or sensitive data we need to operate are collected with end-to-end encryption (libsodium) and stored in segregated secret storage.

We document the operating logic of your business — processes, procedures, policies, and SOPs — so your agents work the way you do.
