What happens

  • Discovery call. 30 minutes. We understand the business, the team, and the work that's slowing you down.
  • Goal mapping. We translate "we want X" into measurable outcomes an agent can own — and you can verify.
  • Scope & pilot agreement. A written pilot scope: which workflows, which deliverables, what success looks like, and on what cadence we report.
  • Encrypted intake. Any credentials or sensitive data we need to operate are collected with end-to-end encryption (libsodium) and stored in segregated secret storage.

We document the operating logic of your business — processes, procedures, policies, and SOPs — so your agents work the way you do.
